I really like this location. Every time I visit, the service is professional, efficient, and customer-focused. It’s clear that the management team here knows what they’re doing; they treat customers fairly and always ensure satisfaction. In contrast, I purchased my other car from Aristocrat, another Mercedes-Benz dealer, and had a completely different experience. Feel compelled to give a huge shout out to Matt Hoover & the entire service dept. Our DEF gauge stopped working (show1/2 when full) & felt like eventually I'd stuck on the road. After purchasing a certified pre-owned GLE450 from MB of KC, I took it in for the first oil change at another MB dealership only to find that MB of KC service department that had done an oil change as part of the certification process had over-torqued the bolts to the access panel, which required they be cut out and replaced.
